Innovative directions of development of ceramic materials for dentistry

The need to improve the level of dental health population Ukraine was identified. prospects for use ceramic prostheses provide quality medical care in dentistry have been established. An analytical review various types and glass-ceramic materials used as tooth replacement: porcelain, alumina, zirconium oxide, glass-ceramics based on leucite lithium disilicate mica with addition fluorides. Peculiarities structure operational properties identified, their advantages disadvantages effectiveness prosthetics is substantiated. basic silicate system selected glasses obtaining crowns by method high-temperature pressing calcium phosphate-silicate coatings were synthesized.
 methodological approach development determined. limits compositions oxide components are determined raw synthesis glass matrix selected. technological parameters melting (T = 1350 – 1400ºС) heat treatment simultaneous formation products (stage nucleation T 600 650ºС, τ 30 60 min; stages 900ºС, ≈ 20 min) composition fluoroapatite coating glazing mode its firing 800 850ºС, 1,0 1,5 serviceability developed samples DL st.glass, which obtained technology pressing, determined.
